View Full Version : BL manifold install problem
I'm in the process of trying to install my Boostlogic manifold, I've cut the lower studs that needed it (the lower 1,2 and 4, in my case) and everything fits, but a problem remains: there isn't enough room between the #4 lower stud and the #4 runner for either a stock or aftermarket bolt. Do you guys have a PN for a bolt that is known to fit in there, or is there another solution?

Have you tried to call Kean at Boostlogic yet? He is very helpful in these matters, and he should be at the shop right now.
Nah, not yet, I didn't want to bug Kean if I didn't have to, I know he's a busy man.

We can send you out some smaller nuts (14mm head).. Can you give us a call at he shop? 512-371-9960?
I've been out at the USCC. We now manufacture thin wall nuts. 14mm head but still a 10x1.25 thread pitch. This will solve your problem. :)
Give me a call anytime. That's what i'm here for. :)

See, I told you dirt. Im a pretty good judge of character and was EXTREMELY impressed with Kean and his professionalism. I will do business with him again and again because of this.

I called Zohair Monday, and the bolts actually arrived yesterday (along with my exhaust blanket :) ), now to just solve my 4-row piping problem, and to receive the intake pipe and dump pipe, and I'll be set. ;)
Thanks to both of you for the quick responses, and for getting the nuts to me so quickly.
