Ok guys since our first meet was cancelled due to rain, anyone interested in a Do Over? I would have posted sooner, but I have been busy with some family issues and are all remedied now so all interested individuals post in here and we will see what we can do. Due to the change in the weather, this may not be something that we want to have this late in the year...which is why i am gauging interest.. We may just end up with a small little 5-10 car deal. Which I am ok with. Shit its better than nothing. So let me know what you think. Thanks, B

You know I'm always up for meets :).
I also vote for the same place (Santa Fe).
Edit: had the date that I couldn't do it wrong. Anytime after ~4 on the weekends are fine.

Ok we got rain. Mon, Tues, and Wed...but if the weekend is nice we should get together before it gets too cold. Sante Fe was a good place. Im down for that again. So maybe this next Sat...weather permitting. When they have the rest of the forecast or if anyone knows we can make plans.

Looks like there is a slight chance of rain this weekend, but nothing concrete yet. Friday has less of a chance. Just been checking up on weather.com's 7 day forecast :P.
Consider this a bump :).
Can we make it a little early so we can get pictures of the cars?
Also on another thought, if you guys want to get a number tree set up so that we can do things on more of an impulse, then send Billy (89MKIIIT) or me a PM with your number or something to get more organized.

Looking like Sat. will be clear or clear enough. I am def down for Sante Fe again. I will call and make arrangements tomorrow..5-10 cars? 5-10 people? I will probably be away from the comp for a few days so you guys can reach me at 205-8095..Seeya, B
MKIIIJZ..PM me and I will get you directions

OK...I was living in a diff world I guess, cuz its gonna rain for the next 48 days..cept maybe FRI...so Sat is gonna hafta be either a no go or a last minute deal and if this crap continues we may not be able to do anything anytime soon....so keep your fingers crossed and whenever we can we will plan a small meet on a few days notice even though it is cold as S*** or we can just wait till the spring...personally im up for meeting anytime as long as its not raining..a small car meet is better than most things I do on the weekends...:)..so if anyone feels the need to drop a # or watever to ensure that they are informed of such an event..pm me...Seeya, B

What does everyone think of doing this Friday night? It looks like the only night that is going to be clear. I know this is short notice...so we'll do it if enough people see this in time....Say at 530 at Sante Fe....or as soon as everyone can make it...What do you think?

Im sad to inform everyone that this is my last post as a supra owner as i will be handing the keys over to the new owner this afternoon. Therefore i will not be attending the meet as i will have nothing worthy enough to sit beside a supra. i will hopefully have either another one or something else worthy enough soon.

Aaron, did you happen to see a Silver S2000 wreck while you were at All-Star gas station? If so, that was me.
Sad to say I won't be at the meet. I really need to focus on the restaurants 100% right now. The car thing needs to go on hold for a couple of years.
Oh yeah S2000 is for sale if anyone is interested, willing to sell for pretty cheap to.

Sorry to hear that Kevin :/ . Just don't drop out on us completely, i mean you can still chat about stuff.
As for the meet, I'm going to be there for sure and I know of three mkIII's here in town that I see on an everyday basis. I think I'm gonna leave em a note on their cars.

Tomorrow I'm going to get info to those three supras here in Norman. The note is going to direct them to this dinky info site: orb.cc/meet.html (http://orb.cc/meet.html) .
Basic info on there is what Billy said above. Friday at Santa Fe around 4:30 - 5:00 for pictures and 5:30 - 6:00 ish to start eating.

Yeah I got most of the bugs worked out with my camera. It shoots nice pics and decent video in the daytime (640 X 480, with ok quality), but at night it has a little trouble, so we'll have to see. But either way, I could still get some footage. And yeah Foz Im goin with you cause Im currently swapping a J3PGTE into my Cherokee  :drag:
