Charity Event

Hey guys, I am trying to set up something to do a charity event for less-fortunate kids in the U.S. for Christmas. Please see my other thread and let me know if you all are interested!

I was just thinking about volunteering at a kitchen or something for thanksgiving but if you had some ideas about kids for christmas that involved somekind of volunteering I'd be in. I just returned from the philippines (personal trip + i'm filipino). They don't have anything.... sometimes no toilet paper, running water, food to eat, or shoes/clothes to wear.... kids and adults alike.

It opens up your eyes to how poor some people can really be and I'm very thankful for what I have. I can do with out a hot meal in my stomach thanksgiving day or some toys for myself this christmas to give that in return for someone that won't have that this year. I just hope it means as much to them as it does to me.
