If anyone is interested, the organizer is looking for an extra car or two for the dyno day this Saturday to ensure a minimum count is met for a group rate. It's for the Microsoft car club, and I booked myself as a guest with them through our very own member quick (Chris).

They are pretty short on cars at this point, so I offerred to post up to see if anyone local was interested in attending. We're currently at 5 cars (bare minimum) and a few more are welcome.

Here are the formal details, as presented on behalf of the person organizing the event. Please let me know if you're interested and I'll let the organizer know.

What: MSFT Dyno Day
Where: CarbConn - http://www.carbconn.com <http://www.carbconn.com/>
When: Saturday, March 5, 2005.
Time: Dyno pulls begin at 10am sharp, please begin arriving at 9:30am
Cost: $75 per car, for up to 5 pulls. Usually, you get a baseline after 2-3 pulls

Participants:

Atila Barlas - BMW 330ci + ITR
Steve Adams - BMW 330ci
David Jones - Infiniti G35 Coupe
Nicolas Coderre - Porsche 930
Steve Theodore - Toyota Supra TT

Thanks,

Atila

I may be intersted, but I still don't have tires on the rear. I'm cuirrently looking at a wheel & tire package, but probably wont have them mounted until next week sometime. If someone had a couple of wheels w/ tires I could borrow for Sat. then I think I'll come. Curious to see what gains I've got with the dp.

If I have the new HKS head gasket and ARP head studs installed by Saturday I will show up. I live about 5 minutes from that place

Well, you're both welcome to attend, but if you can give notice that you're confirmed, that would be great.

i would go if i wasnt working, AND if my stock supra wasnt going to be the most pathetic pull of the day

Nah, My car would be the most pathetic pull. It might be a turbo but it's still not a MKIV. I can't afford to do a pull on a dyno until next paycheck anyway. I might show up and watch though. I got the new HKS head gasket earlier today. Still waiting for the ARP head studs...

Steve, sorry I wasn't able to go, but I was curious how you did on the dyno.

373 rwhp, 402 rwtq with a badly misfiring ignition. I am working on the ignition to get this resolved, and might re-dyno again while on stock twins (we'll see!). Thanks.

Those are some nice numbers Steve. I'm hopeing to be in that range as well now that I am full bpu. Hope you get your ignition problem figured out.

Thanks a lot man. I have a spare set of coilpacks and an HKS DLI already in my possession. I'm sure I can get it fixed one way or another! :)
