So guys I am moving to Arizona this September to attend UTI. My question is this....Are the cops dicks? Like do they actually enforce the law to modifed vehicles? Are there emissions? Cause there is none in Michigan...And oh how is the street racing scene out there?

Im in Jersey but lived in Phoenix most of my life and am moving back with the year(prolly to attend UTI). Anyways, Phoenix was 10th on the list for having the most police officers a few years ago so im sure there are much more now. All the cops I had dealt with there were generally nice as long as you were. They used to joke around with ya about ur cheap radar detector. Basically you break the law you get a ticket. But you will always get the cop who has something to prove you know.

The street racing scene is very good from when I was there. Many different spots. Based on when I lived there(2003 I moved) Octillio there were some nice high end car races, the pavillions are well known there. In&Out burger meets. Tuscon is blowing up nicley I hear. I dont recall emissions rules but there is another thread about that.

cops are ok, i guess. oro valley cops will own you greatly, though!
racing scene is good imo. you will not have to worry about your dp 364 days out of the year, even if you DO get pulled over!!

Hey guys i'm starting on the 27th of this month, just wondering how many are still attending. Even though I don't own a Supra maybe someone could introduce me to the "cool ppl section?" I drive this incase anybody sees me in the lot: http://img101.echo.cx/img101/254/8303135l4et.jpg.
