bov vacume ?

i have a 89 supra with a rfl bov i am using the factory vacume sorce . when i crank my car when its cold there is no vacume and the bov dont work for about 30 or forty seconds what causes this .is it piped though a vsv valve or something . wouldnt the best place to get the vacume be off the manifold somewhere? my turbo fludders untill the vacume comes in? anyone else had this problem ?

um never happened to me.... well since i let my car warm up b4 i drive it...

but just let it idle abit... and then drive... its also good for your engine to let it warm up...

I wouldn't think boosting 30 seconds after start up would be good either
