Does any body here know or dealt with Cancerptnt / Sean Pak in Fullerton?
I posted a "WTB MAF" ad on 10/6, he called and said he had one and has stock twins off of a 98 for sale. I've always had great luck doing business w/ SupraForum/Supra guys and he sounded like a nice guy, so i bought them from him and paid his "Request for Money" thru Paypal little past midnight the very same day. Long story short, it's been 3 weeks now, after multiple reasons and so on, he supposed have sent them out this Tuesday again from S.CA to N.CA, I'm supposed to have recieve them by now. I know everybody runs into hard times and I've been patient and understanding. Too bad I still can't get a straight answer on where they were sent nor could I get a tracking #.
I tried calling him many times and I left messages, I understand maybe he is busy so he doesn't return calls. When i do try enough and get lucky, I'll get him on the phone and tell me they're on the way. I still haven't got the tracking # yet.
UPS doesn't take that long right?
Anybody else have any experiences with him?

Thank you guys for the advises. I've grown out of the 2nd option for a long while already :) I'm still giving him the benefit of the doubt and try to see if UPS will bring the shippment before I take my next step with some online fraud investigation agency. He does sound like a nice person when I spoke to him so we'll see.
I'm just trying to see if anybody else had met him or dealt with him.

Unless, the package is loss or misrouted it's very unlikely that a package with UPS will take longer than a week even with ground shipping from anywhere in Calif to anywhere in Cali. With USPS..that's a different story..took over a week for me to send a member my HKSS BOV from Fresno, CA to the Bay Area...

Yeah Shawn, I thought of that but he said he sent them thru UPS. And he still didn't provide me with a tracking #. Now he won't even answer or return my calls anymore................. Too bad I trusted him and waited with my mechanic for those Turbos & MAF. Hell, I even called and offered him help with part of the shipping last week because of the stories he gave me. Now my Pre-approval for the loan expired too!

payment was recieved on a thursday and i didnt have tim to ship until the following wednseday. I did not ship them that wednseday and had told him i would get it out that week. but before i could ship it out chris made a dispute with paypal. not even a week was given to ship out the products. paypal removed the funds from my account...chris knew i worked from monday-friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and that i was busy on most weekends. After the funds were withdrawn from my account i decided not to ship as i did not have any payment. I know it doesn't take a week to ship out a set of turbos but i informed him of how busy i was and that it would take me a little while to get them shipped. so as of today the items are still with me awaiting response from paypal.

Sean, 2 weeks after I paid you. On the evening of 10/21, after we spoke on the phone and you were supposed to check with UPS on where the pkg was and call me back in 10 minutes, you never did. I kept on trying to reach you that night and the next day, couldn't find you so I finally disputed with Paypal. It was 10/22. I reach you that evening and told you about the dispute, and you told me about your check story w/ UPS Store and you will go pay them on Monday 10/24 and have them re-send the pkg out. I also informed you that was cool and will cancel dispute w/ Paypal once I recieve the stuff because disputes takes 10 days with Paypal and that should be planty of time for you to ship and come up with a tracking #. I also called you on 10/23 to offer you half of the shipping cost, remember?
You forgot to ship them on Monday again so I called you on Tuesday 10/25 and you said you were on the way to ship it and will call me back with shipping #. Again, I waited and waited, called many times and left many messages, can't reach you and can't get a tracking # from you. Why didn't you respond to Paypal or I, you had until 11/1 w/ Paypal?
This whole time you told me you shipped the pkg twice. Me and my mechanics were just waiting for them. I couldn't wait anymore so I finally had them start working on that car with my old turbos. Lucky I still have them.
Anyways, I'm glad you have time now an I appologize if I mis-understood your intentions. I paid you $400 on 10/7. Paypal reversed $56.15 to me on 11/1. I'm going to honor my word and buy them if they are still for sale. And I'm still up on offering you $30 more than we originally agreed for shipping even though you turned it down once. Are you going to sending the Turbos & MAF out and I'll resend you the $56.15 + $30 for shipping and resolve the Paypal dispute, or are you just going to refund me the rest of my money $345.85 and keep your turbos?

Sean, I'm sorry I didn't know you work, I just knew you went to school.
And if you don't mind me asking, what are you waiting from Paypal? Paypal only withdrew $56.15 of the $400 so far.

Hey Sean, I tried calling you today and left you messages too. I just want to know man to man, what did you decide so I can know what to do next. Give me an answer.
I will never expect anybody to send me anything without a full payment so I've always pay my sellers right away. Anybody who's done business w/ me can confirm that, here or eBay. ANd that even include big puchases like the 97 Turbo I just bought from Jason/2L8I1.
I also don't mind if my buyers send the stuff I buy a few days late because I know there are a lot of frauds out there where they pay and cancel payment right away so they can show their sellers a paid msg while not paying. That's why I didn't mind you even dragged it out to the following week to ship.
By the time I file the Paypal dispute, it has already been 2 weeks after i paid you. Your story at the time was you shipped the stuff and the UPS STORE didn't give you a tracking #. then when you went to the store, you found out the pkg was still there. Then the following week was you are going to ship it out on Tuesday 10/25. By then, Paypal didn't even took any money out of your account yet. You still have all of my $400.
Now I'm learning you never did shipped the stuff out?
Ok, maybe I mis-understood our communications. But what would you or anybody else do if you were in my shoes, waiting for 2 weeks after paying and can't get a tracking # for a pkg that was supposed to been sent from S.CA to N.CA?

Hey Sean, I will be back from HK on the 7th of December and I will be calling you to touch base because I know my friend has been having a hard time contacting you. No worries, I will just call you when I get back and I will arrange to pick up the turbos and MAF from your friend so that we can resolve everything.

No, this has not been resolved. I still didn't get the stuff I paid for over 2 months ago and I can't get the seller to respond to my calls or PM's.

Well Sean, I've been patient and waited long enough for you to resolve this matter and my patience is finally running out. I know you're reading this and got all my messages, it's a shame that you don't even respond!

I'm giving you til' Monday to call me or respond to me to resolve this matter before I seek further LEGAL ACTIONS and report you to National Fraud Information Center.
