Im building a 7M from the ground up and Im starting with the the bottom. I want to know if any of you guys have any suggestions on pistons, rods, bearing, ect. I want to know you re guys oppinions. I have been lookig at JE/CP and Arias mostly. As for the rods, I like crowers titanium rods.(expensive) This motor is probably not gonna be done till this summer so htere enough time for input. I am only worried about bottom end right now. I will worry about the head when the bottom is finished. But any input is appreciated.

i did eagle rods, ross pistons, clevite thrust washers, arp everywhere, toyota main bearings, clevite rod bearings.
Still need to get an engine girdle, and splash plates to finish it up.

I did Ross pistons, Pauter rods, Ross Racing rings, Toyota bearings, arp main studs, with an old school crank scraper, and had the pistons ceramic and dry lube coated by swain tech. My HP goal is around 550 to the wheels and this set up can easily handle it.
Ti rods are very expensive and unless your HP goals are extreme, I'd spend the money on something else.

I would agree too. Ti rods are kinda going overboard. The oem rods with some machine work have been proven to hold a lot of HP.
