What springs are the best quality for around $250?

I think that the combonation of H&R springs with Bilstien struts are the best combo out there for just about any car, they give a lowered, better handling ride without giving you a really crappy bumpy ride like the eibach springs. But either the H&R's or the eibach are good handling springs.
