How much N.O.S

Hello all, new member here. I just bought 2 84' MkII's for 500 dollars. One is driveable and one is a parts car. Both have the 5M-GE. The driveable one has a header and 2.5 inch exhaust all the way back already. I have plans for a Rabid Chimp intake and filter, and maybe a throttle body down the road. My question is how much n.o.s do you think i could run without ruining my motor ? I was thinking maybe a 100 shot or so but i wanted to get some opinions first. Also are the motors reliable for boost ? If you need to know my mileage let me know and i will post it.

It's called Nitrous Oxide, not "NOS".

Notice though he typed it like this: N.O.S, N.O.S is a brand name, manufactered by Holley IIRC. Nawzz is what I cannot stand :)
