Last year I took a tour of the Neon Museum. It was GREAT to see all of those old, vintage, neon signs from Las Vegas' history.

I thought it might be a nice addition for this year's event for those people that may be arriving a bit earlier.
The current plan is to have this tour on Wednesday. Cost is just $15 per person.
Let me know if you are interested.

Ditto. Count me in. I will probably be coming in on the night of the 30th so will have a free day.

Good call man I'd be in for it. A night shoot would be AWESOME

There are some issues with getting cars in there. There is a LOT of broken glass and metal pieces mixed in with the gravel.
Also... nighttime shots would not work as there is no power to the current museum. This is a working boneyard where they will be fixing vintage neon signs to place them back on display - some of them outside of the museum. You can already see a few of these down on Freemont Street.
I will see what they say but the price will go up.

OK... preliminary results are in for doing a photo shoot with the Supras at the museum.
WOW! That would be some serious $$$$$$$$. I don't think we'd get enough interest to make it worthwhile.
So for this year we'll just do the regular tour.
Sorry guys.

damn- it would be awesome if they were all lit up, but even then I don't think anybody here would sign up to drive on broken glass! Either way it should be a cool thing to check out.
As a sidebar I'm all for this kind of thinking with non car related activities. I actually remember last year JT was talking about doing a beer pong tournament which I thought sounded like a killer idea...
