I am looking to get an EBC. There are so many out there and I have no idea which one to get. Can anyone give me any ideas on which is the best one to get and which ones to stay away from ?

Specs of the car eventually

97 TT Auto
HKS Mega Flow Air Filter
G-Force ECU
Apexi FMIC
Greddy BOV

Thanks

I have a Greddy profec B and I really like it, nice and simple and holds boost well. For stock twins I would go with either the profec B or the hks EVC EZ, or if you want more features go with the blitz DSBC.

I know the latest issue of Sport Compact Car has a test of nearly all the EBCs out there and how well they hold boost. Check it out if you can.
FWIW, I've heard good things about the HKS EVC EZ if you just want a good simple reliable controller. For more bells and whistles, the Blitz SBC-ID is supposed to be good, esp if you pair it with the power meter

I love my SBC-ID along with the Power Meter ID. Take a look below. Since they're one din each it was easy to install underneath my radio.

i'd get EVC EZ... cheap, easy to use, works great, supports alot of boost (~36 psi)

VETKILR, I really want that one. Not sure if I really need it. Nice setup in your car :)

drizzt3117, I am thinking about that one, but I would like something with a readout, but not sure if it is worth the price to pay for.

Anyone else ?

Thanks

I dunno, its cool looking if you have a display, but is it worth spending more money for it?
