Is there a black glossy dash kit out there?

I dont like the plastic crap , which is really torn up now since i've done a lot of DIY audio/lights/gauges and stuffl ike that. I wanted to get like a glossy black dash kit (like the wood dashes that come in luxury cars sept black). Lmk what you guys come up with

I think some people take that part of the dash off and have it painted at a bodyshop.

sure, check superiordash.com. they make several different colors including glossy black, yellow, red, etc. i have the cf kit and it fits great! later.

What the hell is the MKIV dash made out of? Especially the part around the shift boot. You can't clean it with anything without marking it up. It scratches very easily, picks up smear marks, and is a bitch to keep dust off because it always feels tacky. What the hell do you use to clean it with? Thank You

i know man... my shift boot is completely torn up. If you try to clean it , it just makes nasty smear marks!! wtf is up with that?
