just wondering which injectors should i get for my 95 n/a soon to be n/a-t. i was thinking of 580cc... should be good enough for atleast 500hp right? also, looking for injectors without having to do complicated mods to fuel rail. i've already have TT fuel pump too..

Yeah, the Accel 580's are probably the best choice. Plenty of fuel for 500rwhp, high impedance, and easy to find. :D You need to get injector harness clips from RC Engineering, and if you don't want to modify the fuel rail, you need to turn the fuel rail end of the injector in a lathe. I did mine myself, but any machine shop should do it real cheaply too. I can send you pics of what needs to be machined if you want.

Hey Mike, shoot me a email on Monday and I'll send the pics (they are on my work computer). Sound Performance sells them for as good a price as anywhere I've seen.

Congrats Rom! Are you pieceing the turbo kit together? The SP63 really kicks butt.... I like it a lot.

How big of injectors can you run before any ECU problems?

I had 780cc injectors, and the car ran ok, but I couldn't lean it out enough (only had 550 chip in the VPC). I just installed a AFC, so I'll be putting the big injectors back in and see if I can tune it to run well with this size injector. I guess I'll find out in a few days. :D

Injector Update... :D I've been driving around with the 780cc injectors in for a while now, I ended up leaning out the AFC 34% across the board to get the car to run and idle cleanly. It drives very nicely, with the exception of a small flat spot I've got around 2800 rpm (a small rich spot at large throttle openings). WOT egt's are good, just slightly richer than the 550's were. I'll be dyno tuning this coming weekend with a wideband O2, so I hope to get it all dialled in then. This is the stock n/a ecu with a VPC and AFC.

Dave, you think it's bad to buy a SP60 with about 10k on it. the seller said it's in top condition. just worried about mileage. what are you thoughts?

As long as it has been cooled down each time before shutting off the car is should still be in good shape. If you can physically look at it before buying, reach in and grab the compressor wheel and see if you can wiggle it side-to-side. You should barely be able to move it.
