For technical information about modifications/repairs to NA Supras.
First off its a 93 supra. The transmission took a dump. After doing some research on here went with a w58 from a Lexus cause it was there and for a good price. The problem I ran into was that the mounts for the tripod are not on the back casing of the transmission from the Lexus. So I am wondering...
I know there are tons of posts about flywheels. I've been looking for a couple weeks with really no luck with my questions. Is the flywheel in a non turbo MKIV Supra with the factory w58 a solid or dual mass flywheel? From what I have found the IS300 with w55 has a dual mass flywheel and the tt...

First and for most, I have searched everywhere on the forums and other sites that could possibly answer my question, but seems like everyone has a different issue other than what I'm experiencing. To start off, I am TT swapped but still on NA brakes. About 3 days ago, I noticed a weird...

So I bought a pearl white sc300 that already had a swap done to it. when I picked it up it took several tries to start but eventually would start and shortly after would die. I purchased the car because it was blowing oil thru the turbo (no oil restriction). As you can see from my username, I...

Hello, I plan on boosting the supra this year and im always focusing on maintaining the optimum temps for the water and oil. My question is, can an oil cooler decrease the oil pressure to a dangerous amount ? I know there are thermostat sandwich plates how ever once it opens i believe the...
I was looking for specs on the stock is300 intake cam. I know the guys with the JDM turbo engines swap out for the USDM intake cam. I am running a vvti gte and was wondering if the is300 stock intake cam would be an upgrade? Thanks!
Well i finally have time to sit down and type out the how to on blocking you egr gases from entering your intake manifold. thus cooling the intake charge and keeping your engine internals cleaner. And along with taking the EGR pipe that blocks the flow of air inside intake manfiold removing it will...

Hi everyone, My name is Henrique and I'm a Portuguese living in Dubai. I found a semi abandoned 95 supra non turbo on the street covered in dust and managed to find the owner and asked him if he wants to sell it. He said yes so I went to have a look sat the car and found the following: -car...
I am looking to replace an igniter in my 96 JDM Supra SZ-R. The part number shown on the igniter right now is 89621-26010. Yet much of the information I find seems to suggest that 89621-33010 is the correct part number. Is 26010 required for JDM? or should I get the 33010?
My car recently sat for about 2 months while I was in between radiators and wheels. I've known my stems seals are bad because of smoking when I start moving from a stop etc. But once I got the coolant system all back together and went to start her up it would take quite a few cranks to fire up. And...

Hey all. Looks like its time for a new rear main seal, so I'm going to go ahead and replace my 80k mile old Centerforce stage 1 while I'm at it. I'm considering a few options, and will not be making more than 300 ft/lbs. My options are: South Bend Stage 2 daily - Seems like a good...
