Titan Motorsports has developed this bolt in rollbar for the 93-98 Toyota Supra. Produced from 1.75“ 4130 Chromoly, this roll bar is 100% bolt in and requires no modification to the vehicle and is compatible with both targa and hardtop models. The base plates of this durable roll bar are produced using precise laser cut and formed panels, before being tig welded to the mandrel bent chromoly tubing. This bar allows the factory seatbelts to remain intact, while also facilitating the installation of multi-point race harnesses. It should be noted that on targa vehicles, the storage of the targa top in the trunk is compramised when this bar is installed. An integrated strut tower bar in the rear provides for additional chassis rigitiy and replaces the need for a seperate strut tower bar in the rear.

You'll love it, I loved mine and does the job. It stiffens up significantly but still flexes ever so slightly

I dont think it does......give me a few days and I'll be able to show you how it mounts to the floor. It uses the lower seat belt bolt but I dont know how the bracketry is made.

the Do-Luck bar also uses the seat belt bolt ... I'm hoping it might work by simply using a longer bolt.

the Do luck FLOOR bar (that goes under the car) WILL work with the titan Cage as i am running that set up.

the Do Luck REAR CROSS BAR (that goes behind the seats) WILL NOT work as i had to sell mine.

Anytime. I'm trying my best to brace most parts of the car to make it as stiff as possible bolt on wise.

Thank you very much for your info. I have requested a photo of the mounting on the Do-Luck bars to see if there is any modification that we/ or a customer can make to utilize BOTH the roll bar and floor supports while maintaining the ability to simply "Bolt-in".

    Thanks!

Ok....in the past there have been many questions about the quality of this bar and numerous requests for installed pics. Im going to try and provide some info for everyone.

Lets start.....the box dimensions for the bar are roughly 61 x 43 x 14 inches. It was delivered to a delivery point that was 10 minutes from my house based on my request. I wanted it done that way so that I could go pick it up first thing in the morning!

As far as packaging....you could not ask for better.....see for yourself......

As far as the install goes.....I mocked everything in place first before tightening everything down.

For installation of the bar you will need the following....

    3/8' drive torque wrench
    12mm Wrench
    14mm wrench or small impact
    Rubber mallet
    8mm Allen socket
    Phillips screwdriver

    Misc rags etc

Now installation may vary from car to car but the basics still apply. You have to remove the rear plastic strut covers. You can choose to cut these to go around the installed bar or do like I did and make a couple of replacement covers. If your car is fitted with the metal strut covers as well, you will need to remove those as well. You will not be able to reuse them as the strut studs are not long enough.

After that you can install the rear legs of the cage onto the rear struts and move to the front.....

Now remove the 2 lower seat belt 14mm bolts and lay them aside....you will reuse them. At this point i took the main hoop and placed it in the car. The bar is not very heavy but please make sure to slide your seats all the way forward. It'll make things easier for you!..

Once you have this done connect the rear legs to the main hoop using the 4 8mm allens that Titan has provided in the package. Leve the bolts loose until you secure the bar. the slight moovement of the pieces will make it easy for you to catch up all of the bolts.

Oh.....what i did with my lower seat belt mounting point was to put it behind the bar before bolting it down. I have 6 pts in my car but wanted to leave the factory sea tbelts in place .....just in case I ever need them.

Once you have everything caught up, go back with a torque wrench and secure all of the bolts for the allens on the bar I used 30Ftlbs. That should be more than adequate.....

Here are a few pics of it installed.....total time by myself in this hot weather.....3 Hours.

Enjoy and feel free to ask any questions.

    Peter

Thanks Ashley. I will get with Nero and see if we can come up with a floor bar that works with this cage. I will tell you ....I took the car out and did a couple of pulls with the Targa on and off......and boy....what a difference.

    Great Product! 5 Stars!!

The roll bar is awesome and I love it so far. Installing was kinda frustrating getting everything to line up with the weather against me, so time was very limited. nonetheless it's sick! here is how i Installed it

    1. I recommend taking BOTH seats out.

    2. Remove Targa Top

    3. install the Hoop portion into the car first

    4. loosely bolt the rear bars into the struts

    5. the rear bars and hoop will line up but won't "connect" in together, you will need to bolt in the supplied hardware provided. there are two sides to this. I will update a Full Install once I get the roll bar powder coated and have the car Dynamatted.

    6. bolt in the floor plates, and enjoy!

Here's the big ass box i picked up from UPS

I had my driver seat in still so i could sit and move the car around.

    Hoop is in the car.

positioning the hoop is the trickiest part but everything should line up once the rear bars go in.

Rear bars are in. don't mind the ugly wiring, It's all getting removed soon.

    more pics.

sits pretty flush with the targa off.
