Removing the Fender

Could someone please tell me how to get the front driver's side fender off of a MKIV. If someone has the Body repair manual, it would be great if you could scan the page that details how the fender is attached.
I have removed every bolt I can see that's holding it on. The rearward side of the thing is loose, but the front (near the battery) is still not giving way. I just need to know how to get to whatever is still holding it in place.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you take out the 10mm bolt behind the headlight?

Thanks for the reply. No I don't think that I took that one out. Do I have to remove the headlight to get to it? I took out everything that was visible from above.

Yes, you have to take out the headlight.
