Installing aftermarket RPM GAUGE (need wiring diagram)

    Hey guys whats up .

Before i used to have us wiring harness the rpm was working until i got my new JDM short wiring with the ecu .
anyway when i installed the jdm wiring temporary the rpm wasnt working and the connectors that used to connects to the dash conncters isnt plugged so i thouth that why my rpm and chick engine isnt working .
anyway ive resized the wiring and pluged the dash connecer but still no rpm no chick engine .

(Anyway my issue is i wanna install aftermarket rpm gauge) now screw the stock thouth ! so my electrical told me i dunno how to install aftermarket gauge for coils cars he knows only on distrbuter cars so he told me to get the original rpm wiring digram from the net so guys do u know where can i find this infos ?
oh dont ask me about the instruction paper cuz its lost and this peace were ordered .
so any help would be greatful and appreciated .

    thanks

On your coil amplifier... the little box that sits right under the coil its about 3in.by 3in. 1in thick. there is a white wire and a black, hood it to the black wire. works fine for me.

i dont see why you need a aftermarket tach since the motor cant freakin rev past 6500

Tach isn't necessary? What kinda car you drivin? A truck?

A tach is very necessary. What RPM's to launch at, when to shift, etc. If you have a good dyno tune and know at what RPM your power peaks at and then falls, then you know what RPM to shift at. This helps you run better and faster in the long run. Otherwise, what are your shift points based off? Butt dyno?
