Well I don't think he'll be back anytime soon

I don't see much point being here without having the car. I don't mean that they are losings or wanna be mean. It's just like if they read about problems that we Supra owners encounter, which is like 50% of the posts lol, he wouldn't understand/share them.

Yea well you've been a member before and prob will stick around for a while. The other reason is you *know you will prob get another Supra soon. Also you have owned one before so can contribute to any problems we may have.

This guy on the other hand just owns Toyota. That in no sense is a reason to stick around this forum as he prob will not be interested in any posts unless he's on here thinking of buying a Supra and asking ques.

I guess I'll wait to be proven wrong when this guy has 100+ posts.

Uh, hate to rain on everyone's parade, but if the guy's ID is any indication he owns a GS300, which means he has a 2jz under the hood. Where better to learn about the abilities of that engine than here?

    BTW, welcome to the club.

Hmmm, on further thought, is it just the IS that has the 2JZ, or does the GS have it too?

unless you are living in a different parallel universe than the rest of us, all the GS300's I know have the 2JZ ...no turbos of course unless you do it yourself and a quite a few have.

oh wait ...you're in Delaware County... that explains it

Thank you Nick, the GS300 does come with a 2JZ engine. Why would it be useless for me to be in the forums? (according to someone)

Oh I don't know, lol. My GS4 has a V8. Sorry about that then guys.

However, the new GS300 will have a V6, say buh bye to the inline.

The GS don't have no stickin 2jz. It's only the IS's and SC's. The GS300's come with a V6 while the GS400/430 comes with a V8 not like our inline 6's.
I guess you deserve to stick around here in supraforum.
