okay quick ?, is there a difference in numbers on a dynojet and a mustang? I also thought the mustang read a little lower, is that right?

great numbers for an otherwise "stock" car!

i got about the same peak numbers too. i was a little less on the peak HP w/o a boost controller. but i definitly see the difference in area under the torque curve due to compression and port work compared to a stock 7M and my additional compression and port work! looks like your torque ramped up about 3300-3400rpm and mine did it almost 800 rpm earlier... quite interesting.

I think you should be as well.... my post is quiet aways back, couple years but at 16psi I made 423rwhp with very similar setup but not quite as big of a turbo... ninja edit just looked at the graph, do you have actual A/F numbers? What about timing?

on a dynojet i think my car isnt running right. k&N intake, hks bov, tanabe super hyper medalion exhaust, 3" dp, balanced

if you cant read it it made 205hp and 214tq air fuel at 10.78. i think i hear a boost leak so ima run a test this weekend.

mods comming up are zeitronics wideband, 2.25 ic pipes with spearco ic, afc2, and some sort of boost controler. looking at bigger turbo not sure which one yet.

    My Mk3 Supra:

    1.5JZ hybrid

I posted this on the SP thing already but I was wondering if anybody knows why my tuning is going so crazy... (not so much asking about the wastegate)

OK so After fixing my timing (my cps had come loose and was all the way in one direction and off by about 25-30 degrees) I came up with a little more power...not MUCH more power...which is concerning because now i'm having even WORSE overboost issues.

problem: My wastegate is 1 bar, my boost goes to 22-23 lbs by 6k rpm.

There is some kind of other issue, where i'm going pig rich at 5.5k... you can take out fuel at this point...keep taking it out....up to -13 points on my apexi afc NEO (up to this point it's the same as the bottom curve). it does'nt really change at ALL-UNTIL- you go to -14 points on the apexi and the ENTIRE fuel curve changes.

Sooo here you can see my tuning going crazy by changing ONE POINT on my AFC neo and NOTHING else.

I'm thinking possibly that my tuning is going crazy because i'm boosting soooo high maybe?

Christian suggested that maybe my wastegate had a torn diaphragm and that I should hook up a vacuum pump and see if it leaked down quickly or not. In 35 seconds i lost 3 in. Hg. I'm assuming the wastegate diaphragm is fine.

    Any suggestions?

Thanks quick... Funny thing behind the story of this was my turbo broke the day John reed flew in.... I some how supermanned a new turbo in, in one day.... Meaning...

I pulled the old ITS turbo, at night, went to bed woke up at 7AM sat, sourced a new turbo (pt67DDB) locally, had to change the intake intercooler pipe for the 3" discharge, change the exhaust housing the PT one and have the exhaust housing machined to fit the PT wheel which was slightly touching. Hemaned it back on by 12:45 AM Had a friend drop John reed off at my place, tuned form 1:30 am to 3:30... haha 2 hours of tuning got this...

Instead of all that BS< I was supposed to have had the Racegas in the tank, and the nitrous ready to go... I guess that's for next time.

33 PSI of boost and 100 Shot has got to max out my 880's
