Very cool car. I'd do same titaium color center on my also white car.Originally Posted by Accel Junky
Awesome looking car, really!
Do you know if any aftermarket big brake system will fit these wheels with and/or without the spacers?
I'm thinking the Greddy 6 piston up front. Maybe other brands.
Any photos of the ground stock calipers?
Thanks! I think titanium (brushed) center is classy and helps break up the monotony of solid silver wheels.Originally Posted by eduarprmd
Not sure on the big brake setups, I'd have to let someone else chime in that has any experience. I know GSCMotorsports' silver 67mm Supra has Willwoods and the CCW pkg, so maybe there is hope.
I don't have any photos yet, but I can tell you it is very noticable, especially until I sand off the rust from the grounded area and repaint.

Not to go off-topic here, but this does appear to be the "official" CCW Classics thread. I have the 18x10 w/ BFG T/A KD 285/35 in the front and 17x11.5 with 315/30 in the rear combo coming this week from CCW. I am curious what people's experiences have been with this wheel/tire combo given that the car is tracking with such a wide contact patch in the front. Anyone have any feedback on this setup's performance in the twisties/auto-X? (I just spent 2 hours searching for HKS twins info and then got 3 white screens on CCW Classics searchs, so I apologize if there are already threads devoted to this, I promise to post pics once mine are lugged on)
You finally got yours? Congrats man!Originally Posted by Swoll

Wow! The black center CCW's look SICK on your black Supra!Originally Posted by WICKED SS
I got a set of CCW Classics today (F: 18x10, 285/30; R: 17x11.5, 315/35) and had time to put them on one side of the car tonight. Just wanted to see if it is usual for the wheel to stick out this much from the car (vehicle has HKS RS coilovers and is slammed about as much as it can be without compromising drivability on roads here).

I do have the smaller of the spacers that CCW provides on the front wheel, I will try going with no spacer tomorrow and seeing if it clears the calipers enough to run it that way. Just wanted to see what the people who have them thought since they appear to be pushing it a bit. Thanks...and a bad pic of both wheels can be seen here.
Fu,
I had rubbing problems with the spacers. I grinded the inside edge of my front caliper down until they fit without spacers. It looks kind of ghetto until I repaint them, but now they fit so well.
Its kind of sad that we have to do this on custom wheels.
