Red face Heat on HKS SSQV?

Hey guys on my NA-T setup I have my HKS BOV sitting right over the turbo in order to keep it as close to throttle body as possible. The turbo has the boost logic turbo blaket on it but my BOV gets hot as hell to where you cant really touch it. Can someone tell me if the HKS BOV can handle this type if heat? Will the rubber components inside the BOV melt? Thanks again guys.

it should be closer to the turbo on the hot side of the intercooler for better turbo life

BOVs are for the turbo not the throttle body. move it closer to the turbo

My BOV gets hot after a long time of driving it...sits where the original stock recirc BOV is...haven't had any issues to date with it - have had it for two years now.
