MAP-ECU here, and it's easy as heck to tune. Had S-AFCs forever in all my old supras.

STOCK ECU WITH OTHER PIGGIE BACK

IMO, you should have put in the poll VPC as its the most widely used. Currently(or until the other day) I had a VPC/Feilds controller. The car made an assload of power, drove like stock. I have also ran AEM v1 with great results. I HATED map-ecu

You should also put in ProEFI since more people are starting to use this one.

I just had mine installed. I used an AEM v1 and v2. So far I like the ProEFI, but we are still in the fine tuning stages. I really like the traction control. My trac light actually works the way it should.

I have an auto, so the tuning and fine tuning takes more time than on a 6 speed. The 6 speed is easy to set up and I think a lot of guys have been running them for a while. Not many autos yet. But once this tuning is done, they will be ready for more autos. I have my stock MAF in right now and it runs really nice.

Yeah. My tuner took care of that. No problems there.

Haltech Platinum Sport 2000 after having S-AFC & AVC-R, Greddy Emanage blue, MaftPro, finally went with the best full stand alone available without overpaying for overkill.

I am considering an Autronic SM4 (self tuneable) or HKS F-Con Vpro (not-self tuneable). I currently have a MAPECU. Does anyone have an MK4 2JZGTE base map for an A-SM4 that I can review. I'd like to see how it compares to the vague CAL file that comes with the SM4 software download.

    Thx.

ProEFI 128. If Bio and I combined our parts, we'd be making some serious power!
