    Gear Vendors part number.

    I have a TH400 with transbrake on the back of a VWR fully built motor running on a GT74DBB. I want to bring temperatures down, by adding a GV unit to the box. On the GV site they list four part numbers. 3D0400, 3D0401, 3D0402 and 3D0403.

    This won't really lower your tranmission temperatures that much but adding a overdrive. That is if your suffering from a high stall converter. Which is the root of the heat issue. Adding a overdrive can make your stall converter slip more which will increase heat.
