Thanks again!
Looks like the cableorganizer.com stuff is flexible and much cheaper than the non-flexible stuff from cabletiesandmore.com. Cableties product is also cut along the entire length for easier access later, but will it stay together overtime without zip ties hmmm
I used the fire retardant sleeve from action electronics when I was doing my COP on my Honduh

Good day
I am new to this forum and would like to say hi to all off you.
I live in South Africa where parts for the 2JZGTE are very limited and virtually impossible to find.
My current project is rebuilding a 2JZGTE single turbo into a Nissan 200 SX.
Can you direct me to a supplier for the electrical connectors as mentioned below as Toyota South Africa can only import the complete wiring loom at app R14000.00($1866.00)
Oil Level Sensor 90980-10532
Throttle Position Sensor 90980-10711
2 x Cam Sensors 90980-10947
Crank Angle Sensor 90980-10947
Back-up/Reverse Light Switch 90980-11051
Coolant Temp Sensor 90980-11062
Speed Sensor 90980-11143
Idle Air Control Valve 90980-11144
Ignitor 90980-11151
2 x Knock Sensors 90980-11166
Coil Pack Plug 90980-11246
Alternator 90980-11349
Oil Pressure Switch 90980-11363
Starter Motor 90980-11400
Coolant Gauge 90980-11428
One last question?
How good is the Toga bearings for these engines as the only ones locally available is the ACL race bearing.
Thank you
Regards
Riaan
i found that guys. this is all connectors part number. you have to know what the connector looks like but it is helpfull... http://www.jzs147.com.au/documents/toyota%20plugs.pdf
ok I know this is a little old, but that last pdf file is only part of the full wire harness repair manual ..
Here is the full one:

Wow, this is very good info. Does anybody know if the connectors for the lights, turns signals are also available separately from the body wiring harness?
Almost any connector on the car is available separately.
Jeff
yes they are .. they should ALL be in that pdf file .. you just have to either know the part number or know exactly what to look for .. like is it weather proff or not, is it one wire, 2 wire, 3 wire, etc. and is it male or female.
hey Gnome, what size tubing and sleeves did you order?? im in the process of doin the same thing as you... also what size heatshrink?? thank you in advance...

Anyone know the part number of the clips for wiring loom that goes over the coil packs are?
They say 7 on top of them and crumble on contact with human flesh.
Also looking for the Aristo injector clips part number.
Bump for such a good thread!

I'm working with Yazaki, I'm hoping to be able to make the terminals readily available. Dr. Tweak at Phoenix tuning has them for $1.00 a piece, but he didn't respond to my phone calls once I was ready to order. Odd...
Here is my latest order:

AWESOME THREAD!! Im glad i found this. Im about to redo/cut up my wiring harness and tuck it, was wondering what specific sleaving you guys prefer to use for your harness rebuilds? cableorganizer.com has lots of options, I was looking at getting this http://cableorganizer.com/nylon/ has anyone used this and what are your .02 about it?
1993 NA-TT - STU Twins - AEM V1 - 3" DP & HKS Exhaust - Stage 4 Competiton Clutch
That's what I used. I like it. Make sure you melt the tips of the cut nylon (i like the stove) to prevent it from fraying.
Search honda-tech.com and Ebay. There are lots of options. http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php...ht=wire+sleeve
I haven't been overly happy with the shipping time or costs from CO, personally. I have been so happy with PRS in Michigan that I plan to only use them when possible. Very knowledgeable over the phone as well. http://www.p-r-s.com/

Wow, that is some good prices. The Expando ET has the marking for flame retardance... I'm currious if it is. That be a hella deal if it is.
