Mt. Dew + Playing music violently = In Shape
I used to do the Gym thing but ended up reinjuring my joints (broken every bone, cept my legs at least twice)
Weights just put too much hurt when I was curling or pressing.My elbows just snap crackle and pop on every curl.
Anyone else have similar problems or suggestions ?
