Have you checked the codes? Is your check engine light on? If not, pull the EFI fuse on the fuse block for about 20 sec i think, so the computer will reset its self and see if it is still doing the samething after you put the fuse back in and start it up. When was the last time you changed your oxygen sensor? May be time for a new one (too bad those damn things are $120). Is your air filter clean?

As far as I know the O2 sensor has never been changed. I currently have about 145,000mi. I got the car with over 100,000mi and was not aware of the O2 sensor's life span until recent.
Might want to try changing the O2 sensor, i think it needs to be changed every 40-60k miles...i think
