Drove it to Cars and Coffee today in my city.

The things people say when you are within earshot and they have no clue it belongs to you are some of the best.

"An MK(insert generation here)" is improper grammar, just sayin'...

Rear ended some dumb cunt who doesn't know what a green light is for.

Christ it's hard to bend all that front end metal back into place, doesn't even look like it's possible without taking everything apart.

Gah, computer isn't working right, what the hell.

Passenger headlight won't go up/down on it's own, blinker and black crisscross grill pushed in on psngr side...nosecone brace is pushed back. Supra emblem popped off. Doesn't look too bad now, needs a bit more pulling and it should be fine.

Another foot or two is all I needed and I wouldn't have hit her

Took the silver paint off my saw blades, Mothers did not clean up the stains so will try blue magic next. If that does not work think i will get them powder coated. Thinking of painting the blah silver caps a nice blue and redoing the Toyota in white.

Took apart the top end of the motor, just to get at the valve covers. Stupid na intake. Then replaced the gaskets, tried to torque down the heads, and they were already torqued down, shweet!! Slapped it all back together and took it for a test drive. Did i mention spark plugs? I got new ones of those too.

Came back and forgot to clamp the 3 coolant lines on the throttle body and it soaked 5 and 6 in coolant and it started missing. Cleaned it out and changed the oil. Runs great now.

today i took some measurements so i can start working on making a one piece driveshaft out of an auto driveshaft. after that also mocked up my exhaust to see if it will bolt up to my new DP off the twins and my exhaust is now about 7 inches too long, but better long than short... all i have to do is cut to size and re-weld the flange on and exhaust will be complete.

I installed the new Rack that has been sitting under my car... waiting.
Started plugging electrical in. Recheck position of stainless lines on turbo. UM.... MOWED THE LAWN! GRRRRR While mowing I Realized I havent found a power steering reservoir. So it can be relocated. Sorta bummed that i can run that new shiny intake. Then... I remembered I have my new accordion hose. It will have to do. Checked for fitment. It will work. Ill just attach the new air cleaner right to the accordion hose. Let the oil drain down for several hours. Installed upper intake.

    OH>>> ITS SO CLOSE!
(replacement front shocks will be here Tuesday)
Still need to get the bung welded in the downpipe.
Its not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with your stupidity and make it work for you. FZ

Thats alright they're prototypes. You wont be saying anything when you see the final version. Besides when something has never been built, you have to start somewhere.

Connected fluid lines to rack. Realized when i put the rack in I knocked off the dust cover for column gear. Removed column and fixed it.
Started running Vacuum lines. Put intercooler line and crossover pipe.

Put most of my Supra together yesterday after replacing the 90 deg. hose. Nasty little sumb!ch had a hole just big enough to shoot out all my coolant and making it look like my water pump had failed on me, which is why I replaced that and all the damn belts first.

At least I have new belts and a water pump on there now. With my Mishi, new upper/lower hoses, pump, and other assorted coolant lines, I should have this coolant leak finally killed (<knock wood>). Now I gotta get the back bolt off the exhaust DP so I can pull out the stock CT26 and replace it with a 57trim one from Driftmotion. Once I get my Zeit O2, Lexus AFM, and 550s, I can finish installing my AEM Truboost and finally get down to some tweaking.

It's just like a damn woman... it really is. If you're not paying enough attention to her and spending money on her EVERY FREAKING DAY, she finds some other way to piss you off. My wife even asks me about how the "mistress" is feeling today. She ought to be my mistress, she screws me every chance she gets.....

And I LOVE HER for it...

If you can't get them clean you can use heavy-duty aircraft paint remover and strip them down to the bare alloy, and from there you can either leave them that way or paint them while you have a good stripped/prepped surface.
