Thanks man. yea I couldn't find another 7.3 manual. The ones I did find were 1000 miles away and 300+k miles. 6.0 has EGR issues and this is what caused most of the issues. Also the head bolts. ARP's are already installed. Already got the snow performance meth kit on its way. Keeps the EGT's down. Also have the EGR block kit as well on its way.

Thanks man. Cummins are good trucks.... Its what I would get if I wasn't so into powerstrokes. Its the only Ford I will buy......

Just drilled new holes to screw them down. They sit higher by about 3/16". The stock ones are flushed. The tweeters, as you can see, I just made plates that go on the stock brackets. I may have to clean some material off of the bottom of the grills to make sure they clear. I haven't put the panels back on, waiting for some lightweight dynamat.

    NICE!
looks like the fat-bottom version of my old truck

i love how the 24v drove in traffic. i could just come off the clutch and the truck would drive itself. my old 97 12valve 5sp would never do that. i was paranoid about the VP44 going out. it was already acting up so i had to bail on it... but i Loved my 02... especially with the lift and 35's. im tired of the 'murdered' theme but it worked on my truck

They sit great. I didn't get that optional rear seat speakers. Only got 4/6. Was planning on getting all 4inch Alpine speakers all around. Only got to rip out all old/extra wire all around the car and rewired it by removing a rats nest. I may go this route for the rears since they got more meat to em

I'm finally matching all four wheels! For the longest time, I've been rolling around with a different pair of tires on the rear because I had a flat on one of my tires. I finally got a pair of used tires, though I'm not happy with the size. I was hoping to get at least 245/45/17, but no one ever seems to have them in stock (used). I had to make due with a mild stretch (235/45/17); anyway, I can't complain, the tires were $20 each, and I mounted/balanced them myself at my friend's shop. I ALSO added 26mm spacers up front to sit the wheels more flush. ALSO, I painted/replaced the fuel door a while ago; I was driving around without one of those for a while too, because my hinges warped.

Just bought a '89 turbo, was told by po that it had a blown head gasket. Did some testing, replaced plugs and wires, runs smooth, no more issues! $150 well spent and po probably pissed he sold the car for what he did!

Yes, it's where Fully Built used to be at. Now, my friend Mark owns it; he drives that Righ-Hand Drive MR2, and the shop is now called BOLD Performance. It's a cool shop. Check it out.
