Missing when at mid temp.

OK here it is.I have an 1986.5 7m-ge supra.I was diving home the other day shut off car for 20 min when I restsrted car it had a bad miss like a cylinder down drove it home and shut it off.Next morning when the car was cold started it had no miss.Ran it 30 miles no problems let car sit 30 min and had miss when started.Then let it cool all the way down restarted no miss any Ideas?

My 1uz-fe is doing this as well. I think it may be water temperature sensor.
