any members on here work at Toyota?

Just wondering if any members on here work for Toyota I'm tired of dealing with people that I have to explain everything to. I'm a loyal customer and would like to save my self some frustration.

Haha, I know how you feel, man. I have to deal with some morons at local Infiniti parts department. You wonder how they even got a job in parts without knowing location and names of basic parts.I'm glad that I have a very good friend that hooks me up on all my Toyota parts .

Agree Im tired of dealing with Toyota of Orlando. They call me to let me know my part is in, and then when I go their they can never find it, or it takes an hour to find. Once they find it, mind you it's a special order part, it's the wrong part. It's exhausting, and I'm not going to live long enough.

Lexus of Pembroke Palms are good people. I used to get all my Lexus and Toyota parts from them way back. But you have to have a shop for them to deliver.

Most people in the dealers don't like to look for the parts that we order , I remember when I ordered the connectors for the coils ,temp sensors lol. Long story short. I came to this forum and call them with the part numbers ,
So I suggest you get the part numbers from here and you won't have any issues

I just opened up my own account and recieved the toyota whole parts and service online catalog which makes it really easy to navigate through and order my parts from. This way if there's a mistake, it's my own. I just submit the form and then they email me when the parts arrive. Never had a mistake the couple years i've been using it and I order A LOT of parts.

That is just laziness/them not doing their job. Being that I work at a dealership as a Parts person my Manager would fire me for such crap. I hate it when I call around to get another brand's parts and they give me crap service. I for one will stop calling you and go else where. Trained parts people are hard to come by these days. Anyways, I have heard nothing but great stuff about Courtesy Toyota and will go there shortly when I need some OEM stuff.

Curt Aigner of Elmhurst Toyota near Chicago is the guru of Toyota parts and in my opinion is the most knowledgeable Supra parts man in the US. He has over 30 years of parts experience and is a Toyota Master Parts man. I have purchased many items from him for my 95 Supra. His discount pricing and very low shipping rates are second to none. Plus no sales tax shipping to Fl. He has owned 9 Supras and literally taken 1 of them totally apart piece by piece. He's the best!! Call him at 630-279-2265.
