whats your favorite thing about owning a supra

hi all, I just bought my first supra last month. 94 tt 6 speed targa... and I was just wondering what your favorite thing about owning a supra is??? I ditched my 2007 335i 6 speed coupe for it and I guess I'm just looking for as many reasons as I can to justify what I've done lol. thanks

Mine has been dead reliable at 480-500whp for a few years now. The car has 152K miles and aside from normal maintenance, haven't needed anything. Everything works too, from A/C to cruise control.

The other thing I love is the fact that everytime I take it out, the odds of me seeing another one is very slim.

    LOL j/k

Thumbs up from all types of car owners. People of all ages will talk to you about it
I took my car to a Mopar & Corvette day at the track and I was surprised at how many people came up to me to talk about my Supra.
Same day Vinny Ten came up to me to talk, was happy to see a stock turbo Supra.

It's relatively rare and a great looking, very robust, high performance platform. I guess the rare part is important to me since there are other non-rare high performance cars I have no interest in owning (eg. Z06, most Porsches).

my favourite thing is beating the crap out of a stock bottom end running 700hp and nothing breaks ever.

that and just brutally raping everything from modded super cars to bikes and not seeing another supra for monthes or years on end.

other than the power potential, the sexy looks, attention getter, rarity, bulletproof block and tranny.....the stock seats are pretty damn comfortable

its reliable, its fun to drive ( i drive it a lot, even though i got it with relatively low miles, its my "forever car"). and when i go out there is no chance of someone pulling up next to me, looking over and going "Same car!!!!"....

sometimes you get complacent with the looks... until that time when you park far away from something and have to walk towards it from a distance.. and fall in love again and realize how damn good it looks from the outside and not just the inside

My Supra is my baby. I love the respect you get where ever you go. I'm a good ole boy from the sticks and as people have said no matter where you are people know and love Supras. I replaced the engine when I bought mine and there is nothing like knowing your car runs because of you. I seem to get along with 90% of Supra owners and as long as you use the "search button" before asking questions the Supra community is very helpful. It's also fun walking mustangs in comfortable seats, while waving good bye with the rear window wiper...

I've highly considered selling mine for a 335i coupe 6 speed just because the fact of newer technology and the car being newer itself. But then I realized I like the rarity and attention of the supra to much. Pretty much every time I drive my supra some either takes pics of it, ask about it and etc. That will very very rarely happen in a 335i. You'll learn to love it. Especially when you get it where you want it.

Favorite thing? Owning a car that hardly anyone else has. It's a weird satisfaction. I like it when folks come up and say, "What kind of car is that? / What model car is that?"

I dunno, it's weird. ...but yeah, at the same time, it's a dick magnet for those that actually know what it is.

YEah that's so true, Met a pretty nice guy at this deli who was asking me all sorts of things, then He asked what year it was and he was pretty shocked...
I live in a kinda upscale town with lots of sick cars and believe it or not some of these "car" people don't know what a supra is.
One of my favorite things though is being able to womp on just about anything else on the road, and messing with the crazy rich around here trying to get them to race their Porsches.
