86 5MGE stock. Been in storage since '98. The pic was taken before going into storage. It needs some work now as it doesn't shine quite so well and needs engine/drivetrain work as well.

My introduction.

I'm Robert. I grew up on Supras. Father owned an 82 L-Type, an 82 P-Type after that, a 90 turbo, and a 93.5 TT (convt. to single). Unfortunately that string ended in 96.

And now, I have an 85 P-type.

Currently, it's pretty much stock. But I'm a recovering boostaholic from other cars, and pretty much will start off with 7M-GTE (which is actually already on it's way) once I get my daily driver back.

No pics yet. No mods yet, except for maintenance ones.

It's actually kinda surprising how many MKII owners I see here now. Even in out little town, we have a decent contingency of MKII, several MKIII and about five MKIV turbos.

There's on a good meeting night, about 7-8 Supras total.
Anyway, just my introduction.

Its funny, 'cuz i got cam hooked on toyota's... first the celica then the supra... then you wanted a mkiii, when i had mine, now you want a mkii(good choice, 'cuz the run more than a mkiii)

some things have changed. the 85 wont be getting the webers. it is a 5m, with trd header, hks exhaust with magnaflow muffler, custom intake pipe, cone filter, technafit ss braided brake lines. if my ls400 is totalled, ill swap the 1uz into this car as i already have the custom mounts.

the 84, has a 7mgte, 1.2mm hks mhg, arp head studs, 780cc/min injectors, 57 trim ct26, 3in dp/exhaust with magnaflow muffler, megasquirt 2 standalone with aem wideband and coil on plug ignition. reg cone filter. solid motor mounts, dual electric fans from a v6 ford contour, jim king front bbk, techanfit ss brake lines, 16x7 enkie 92's with 0 offset. 225/50/16 front and 245/50/16 rear (15x7 A.R.E. mesh wheels with 275/50/15 nt555r drag radials for track). drop zone coilovers up front, st springs rear. tokico illumina short stroke shocks front, kyb gas adjust for a trooper 2 for the rear. true trac lsd with 3.727 r&p. ljm front strut brace. wes hetrick v1 rear brace. addco sway bars, 6 puck cermetalic clutch with stock pp and r154 trans, mk3 power booster and aluminum master cylinder, wilwood 2psi residual valves front and rear. summit line lock front. auto meter boost and egt gauges.

now, in storage for this car i have jim king rear bbk with calipers, pads, cadium plated rotors, etc..., 17x7.5 +4 and 17x8.5 +4 rota rb's in hyper black with polished lip, lt1 t56 6 speed trans with hurst short shifter, quarter master button flywheel and qm1 throwout bearing, tilton twin plate cermetalic 7.25in rally clutch, garrett gt4082 with 0.68 a/r turbine housing, raptor racing turbo header, x02 44mm wastegate, 75mm polished ford tb, ffim in production, 2nd walbro 255lph fuel pump, cx racing aluminum radiator and 3in aluminum i/c pipe kit, 24x12x4 fmic, auto meter 160mph speedo, 8k rpm tach, water temp, and oil pressure gauges in a custom gauge cluster, early 82 "supra" badges, after market steering wheel with trd horn button, two 1qt add on sumps for the oil pan, weld in spring eight adjusters for the rear. rear poly control arm bushings. jim king 75mm rca's, cadium plated rotors for the front bbk, two 13in fal fans, por-15 to fix any and all rust, wiseco 9:1 84mm pistons with moly coated skirts, p&p 7m head, 1mm os ss valves, comp cam valve springs, ferrera titanium retainers, 92 block and crank good at std., arp main studs, and more im forgetting.

i also now own a black 86 mk2. parts i have for this are a 6m crank pulley, 7m block and crank with 7mgte rods, 7m timing gears. new 20 over 5m domed pistons, p&p head, oversized ss valves, trd valve springs, hks cams, hks rear cam mount ignition, hks intake manifold and thermostat housing, 3 rebuilt weber 40mm dcoe carbs, origonal tri-mil 6-1 header that will be modded to a 3in collector for 3in exhaust, celica xx badges, celica xx rear vents, 3.0gt grille badge, 4 puck cermetalic clutch disc with centerforce pp, 82 5mge ignitor and msd blaster 2 coil

lots planned, just too broke to do anything at the moment so everything is collecting dust.

I guess I should actually put something in here.
I have an 82 p-type, 5 speed, misc cheap/free mods. Airbox holes, 2.5" crush bent exhaust, msd coil, 4.30 lsd.
Bought it with Tokica shocks and Dobison springs. 16x?8? Eibach's I think it is. With GeForce KDW's. 225/50/16, 245/50/16.
Eclipse 8454 deck.
Planning more.
