I believe they are Grovers. Origionally developed by K&N and then discontinued. They have a cleanable inner mesh screen filter down to 10 microns and flow something like 15 liters a minute.

Here is a good link. I went to a fuel line store and drew everything out in my head. My hanger has some welding done for the an ends. Most people use the stock feed and return with another feed line. http://supra400hptt.homestead.com/Fuel.html

Fantastic write up and documentation ! Love the detail and breakdown of each step.

This should be made a sticky.

Thanks. I did that several years ago. I'm using a AN female to female coupler from the bulkhead fitting to the Y block in the tank now. Be careful of any rubber hose you use in the tank. The original hose I was using started to break down from the gas so I swapped it out.

Do you think it's safe to split the power to each pump? We questioned this during install and saw that most people ground to the the hanger and the top. We converted both pins of the plug to power so they each have their own dedicated line.

If you use two supra pumps, I'd run seperate positives and repin with a ground through the top pf the bracket. I run two walbros now on the stock fuel ecu so I don't need the extra current capability.

You should not split wires for dual fuel pump. Under load they draw too much current causing the voltage to dip far too low and cause highly reduced flow. Zip ties work better than you think, I had them on my pumps until I switched to large t bolt clamps. Hands On, you are using two feed lines one for each pump, are you using stock feed as a return??

I would avoid using the rubber hose that the walboros come with. It is junk , breaks down, expands from the pressure causing leaks. Get some braided -6 and run the line to a y block in there. If you can then run 2 bulk head -8 fittings out of the bucket for better versatality. You could do the Y option and run a -10 if your really pumping fuel.

The problem is what the gas will do to the zip ties over time. Made aluminum brackets to hold the pumps apart from each other, and at the same depth as the stock pump. -8 from the back, to a Y-block and then two -6's to the rail. -6 to the reg, and -6 return line.
