MVP Does it Again A+++

Having worked for MVP in the past from 02-04 or so, I am well aware of their commitment and desire to keep their customer service top notch. I parted out my Supra shortly after leaving there and haven't had a need for their services until recently.

I now have a 5spd 92 SC300 and have been looking everywhere locally for a set of NGK 3330 spark plugs. They of course all carry the NGK part#'s meant for the domestic cars, but none had what I wanted. I know for a fact Dusty keeps them in stock and plenty of them, so I sent an email to him about lunch time yesterday. Within 20 minutes, I had a price quote and had sent him my information for charging and shipping.

By 10am this morning, with no additional charges for shipping, I received the parts. Less than 24 hours of inquiring, they are in my hands. I know it's generally a 1-2 day shipment from MVP to me, but I know of very few places that would treat such a small order as they would a large order and take care of it as quickly as they can.

I will most definitely be ordering more when it comes time to get a TT motor in the car and am very impressed with how well I was taken care of.

Thanks again Dusty.

Consider yourself lucky then I tried AutoZone, NAPA, Oreilleys, Advanced, HiLo, Van's, and a few other small ones. No dice anywhere. They all said minimum 5 days for the few that were even willing to order them.

the oreillys here in waco can get them overnight and have done so a couple times for me. (im guessing they come from dallas)

Im the only one in town that uses them too, so whatever is leftover from the last box they ordered for me is usually there waiting when i need more
