Pic Request: Two-Tone Vented Hoods
I know I've seen it on at least 3 different Top Secret hoods on Supras. I'm looking to see pictures of cars with angled vents (i.e. TRD hood does not apply, and not scoops) that are painted a different color than the rest of the hood.
Any cars may apply, not just Supras. I'm developing ideas. I got a couple to get things started. Thanks in advance. ![]()

I was planning to do the same thing with a top secret hood, but i think a full color or full CF would look better.

^Me thinks otherwise. I know I've seen a white, RSP, and maybe red Supra do it with a TS hood.

I have this hood and been contemplating about painting it black and leaving the vents CF or painting it black up in front and fading it into the CF towards the back. Or just leaving it CF. still up in air.

I don't like the look of a full CF hood on any color other than black or another dark color similar to it. It just looks out of place on blue, red, white, green, etc.. For those colors either completely painted or CF vents looks better. All my opinion.

![]() ![]() It's hard to see but there is a fade on the last vent to color match the car.

Hmm, wish I could see it better. I thought about doing that, but was thinking the vents are abrupt, the paint probably should be, too.
