They are both great tuners and offer a great product with very similar results. Personal preference IMO. Heffner has been doing it longer and has more cars on the road that are proven reliable so I would chose him.

Agreed, too many people are blinded by UGR's shiny parts and put Heffner down. I've never heard anything bad about either or dealt with either, but Heffner was the innovator and his cars have been on the road longer.

Many haven't seen both kits side by side apart either to make educated comparisons. I've visited UR's shop personally and must say out of all the shops I've been to they have one of the most impressive operations for high end performance I've ever seen. The results speak for themselves on the track as well, which to me is just as important as having many more cars sitting in collectors garages. They are very similar kits, however are some specific differences in hardware that cause me to like one kit over the other. I think since the UR kits have come to market Heffner has had to improve on his kits as a result of competition, truth be told though in reality you can't go wrong with either.

Yes you get the following:

2 Superchargers with seperated oil circuit, modified and enlarged induction tract complete with heat insulated, watercooled intercoolers with additional watercoolers, pumps, reinforced v-ripped belts, injectors, and modified ECU's. Plus Hans and Wolfgang in your garage raiding your parts bin and quite possibly your pantry.

True. But UR has just as much experience with high hp cars than Heffner. UR started out building SC'd and turbo'd Vipers and Saleen S351 Mustangs. Its no suprise they got into the Lambo turbo market.

7Sins is right, though. I would let UR take a stab at it b4 I ever let Heffner touch it. .02

They are both great tuners and you can't go wrong with either... I don't see how you could say you wouldn't let someone as well respected as Heffner near your car.

Anyhow, as a gift to the UR nutswingers, here is a video of one of their newest TT G's putting down over 1300whp. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/R...win_643972.htm

^^^ in that video they are running only RWD. Is that for dyno purposes only? Or can the AWD system in a lambo not handle 1300rwhp?

Cool video though

I know some of the Gallardos at the 1,000whp level are running AWD. I'm not sure about this specific car though.

1300whp is crazy but, why the hell would you want to run it RWD on a dyno and then AWD on the street. I never understood that about some tuners....makes much more sense to run what you would actually use at some point on the street. Basically, for "dyno purposes" makes no sense if you have no plans to run it like that on the street.

Am I the only person who thinks that Novitec F430 Kit is ugly? If it were done up like a Scud clone with no stripes it would be nicer but still a badass car
