Heh, at the rate of development on this project, I might actually have enough saved up to buy one and put my badass bottom end to good use!

No rush Arnout, good things, people who wait, you know the old saying. See you guys in Vegas.

Would we be able to buy the billet separately and buy the other parts slowly?

No updates to report yet. With the V160 parts shortage, everything has gone into getting recreation parts for those ready as it is much more important.

The head might be available separately, but you'll still need the full kit for everything to work properly

Any progress on this ? Now that the 2JZ billet wet and solid blocks are available this would be the proverbial icing on the 2JZ billet cake.

was hanging out too long in the stripclub, waiting for winter to arrive then I will continue working on it. Sorry, but all my other projects consumed too much time and money.

Wait, there's a wet version now? As in, suitable for street use? Not that I need to know about this, but I certainly would like to learn more... I was in Vegas when they were showing off the solid version a couple years back, but I've sadly forgotten who it was that was making that. Darn my short term squirrel memory!

Glad to hear it's still in the works. Another thing I don't need, but I would really rather like to try one out for my 1j. Would basically be the last piece of the puzzle to determine if I want to develop this engine any further. This is inspiration for me to save my money, that's for sure!

Yep wet block billet version is available now from Bullet Race Engineering in Australia. Rated to 2500 hp and fully streetable as per their advert.

There are a couple players in the game now that produce billet 2JZ’s

Titan has a solid race version billet block

Mazworx has a solid one and is developing a wet version as well

Bullet Race Engineering offers both solid and wet versions

I have not personally heard anything back on the billet wet blocks

The head was originally meant to accommodate K series ignition coils, as most of the top of that head is K series Honda.
