Trans is pulled and ready to go back to DM. I drained the trans fluid and once again I have a ton of aluminum coming out. To have that much aluminum after 50-75 miles seems to be excessive and I wonder if one of the shift forks is out of spec or installed incorrectly. Anyone else get a Marlin crawler or DM modified r154 and seen this much aluminum?
I noticed the clutch disc is wearing towards the outside against the flywheel and evenly on the pressure plate side. Anyone else seen this?
