Replaced steering wheel but horn is constantly going off - Need advice

I finally got rid of my 94 Camry wheel lol.. and switched to a 98 Supra wheel. Pretty easy swap and I used the same cruise control adapter from my original wheel. I cant not figure out why my horn keeps going off every time I plug in the cruise control adapter.

I have checked my fuse and that is good as well. Only way for me to stop the car from honking is don't install my wheel or just remove the cruise control adapter. I have currently removed the cruise control adapter to stop it from honking. I also don't have my airbag connected since i need the adapter but not really sure if that is the cause.

Note: I can plug CC in without the steering wheel and constant honk, but as soon as the wheel hub touches the metal it goes off constantly.

Looking for any advice what i can try.

    Thanks in advance!

Something from the horn/airbag is grounding out on the wheel. That's how the horn activates. Try pushing the horn either mounted or unmounted, if it doesn't move easily it's touching/grounding on the steering wheel. I had the same issue with a supposedly 98 steering wheel I bought off ebay. The problem is the horn/airbag is not the original for the steering wheel. I had to grind some to ensure there was no contact until I pushed the horn.
