Last week I replaced the oil and this week I'm replacing the awful gauges with a new set of AEM gauges ( boost, fuel pressure and AFR)...

Took apart the dash and took out the stereo harness which had been twist crimped together. Then, I soldered the points and shrink wrapped it like it should have been done in the first place. Stereo has not acted weird in terms of randomly jumping stations or increasing volume since!

I Realized my "like new, only 45k km" Aristo tranny I just put in is fucked; she wouldn't go into reverse after my first five hour road trip in the car. Good news? I managed to get 21mpg by cruising on the highway and not boosting. (except a quick stint where I put the smack down on a new S4 with paper plates. Dumba55 wanted to go from an 80mph roll).

Its a 6265....im probably going to kick myself for not spending a little more and getting the 67mm. My 6265 will get the job done though, its the waterless dbb, 1.00 divided rear housing so i can run a qsv, and has all the options... so im sure i will be more than happy with it.

Lots of funy Post, But makes me think on the few things I need to get Done, Speakers, Calipers, Steering Wheel, Hatch Shocks, The Good News the List is not as Long as it used to be. Ho Wait, I'm Not Single, Ok Then Single Turbo Kit 6765 , FMIC, Walboro Pump, Brembo Breaks, 19' Rims. I guess I will just Apply for another job too since the list doesn't end ($$$)

(Mine was recently painted with a new MVP front LIP, for that I'm very Happy!

Added project kic spacers up front. Now it's flush. Also dropped it 3/4" more all around. Also installed my new OEM 6 speed shift knob!

I have been working on stripping the car down to a shell to get it ready for paint. I ended up pulling the motor out last night. Been putting it off for awhile and finally got it done.

I induced catastophic failure while passing through 130mph, from an 80mph roll against a modified Camaro SS. (Had two car lengths on him.) <sigh> One $630 tow later...the car is back in Dallas. The engine had 147k on the clock so I'm not too ticked. I *am* pissed the monkey tow truck driver rashed my spoiler getting the car on the flat bed.

It's like she is squinting and seemingly saying, "Eff You Buddy."
