google custom body kits, I know there are some there. I found someone a few years back doing that. It's not cheap, these guys charged between 8 to 12k.

search for user name x-1 on this forum, his name is larry and he is from jacksonville fl (my hometown), he just spent a few years building his custom HUGEbody kit, 16" wide wheels... i guarantee whoever you find to do it, its gonna cost some serious mula!
