Yeah, having a mix of cars makes it more fun for sure, but it could easily turn into huge meet though lol.

Joe STFU and go work on your car... learn a thing or two while at it lol. Damn, this forum needs a "Lippy Kids" sub-section lmao

This event could snowball into something absolutely huge, and I agree with you for the parking for this venue. In the aerial photo, it looks like there is another lot next door. I wonder if there is a way we could secure some parking there.

OK everyone SLOW down this is a meet for the NE SUPRA that's it..... If you have a 1/2jz swapped cars, 2jz lexus' and the such that's fine. the location can't fit a ton of cars. No MR-2 or Honda and stuff will be allowed in the parking area of Jonathan Motor Cars parking lot.

That being said we are trying to get additional parking near buy for the other cars and guest to come in. This is a small meet for us not open to every forum so keep it to ourselves. As far as the Charity goes that we'll be donating the funds to that's still being looked at. Keep in mind that we are still working out the detail of the meet to make it a Great time for the NE Supra guys. Last thing if you want to go and see a bunch of other cars I get that, but we just don't have the room....sorry. Their are plenty of those meets all year.

We'll be posting up the final details of this meet after a few conference call that we're setting up to make sure everything runs well for all.

Hanging their Guys we'll get this done shortly. We have to work on this after hours.

Yea the other cars make it fun ......for those who go out on the highway in texas. The highway races isnt part of the TX2K events. Here in Jersey Reid is settin up a one day meet with a dyno event. Theres no street racing involved so who cares about other cars coming just to sit next to our cars? Shit...if this was anything like Texas street racing wise then im all for other cars no doubt about it!

Does the lol and lmao make your comment less of an insult? Cause if you take them away it would seem like I did something to offend you for you to insult me like that. I would work on my car but I need my parts. Learn a thing or two? What are you getting at? I have enough knowledge and skill to get the job done. Everything is at a hault now for my build, you probably already know why. Sorry I have the balls to step up and say what most that dont have the balls to say. Its my thoughts and my opinions and its far from being "lippy" or a "kid". Just figured Id share to see who agrees, which I know most should and some wont and thats cool. But that just proves to me who the real "Supra enthusiasts" are and who just owns supras just to say they have one for a dick competition. I for one am a TRUE Supra enthusiast. Yea no doubt I love other cars but just tryin to be true to our nature and kind. Sorry if its a crime. It was just a thought and opinion which I think it was a good one. This is SUPRAforums and we are talkin about a SUPRAmeet. Keyword in the title also in quotes "Supra"Meet. If we allow 2jz swapped cars from other makes of cars then that allows all the shit box 240s and everything of that nature in. Who the hell wants to see that shit? I can understand if people want to come to see the event but they drive something different then a supra or something thats not even 2jz swapped. Thats fine just dont mix them in with the supras cause it would be one hell of a meet. And it would be sad to see the same amount or close to or even more 2jz swapped cars then actual Supras. I KNOW im not the only one who feels the way I do about this. So lets see who are the real enthusiasts are...

I agree it should only be a NE Supra meet. I think it would be nice just to have at least one meet just for us. I have nothing against any other cars. We WILL have other meets that would be open to all others. Just my opinion.

Thanks for the support guys. I truly wish we could open it up to every car but like I said it's a smaller show for us NE Supra enthusiasts about 150 Supra is the target number. Heck Corvette guys do this stuff all the time why can't we......... Ok let's move on.

We're thinking of doing a swap meet also to change things up a bit. I know I've got a ton of stuff I'd like to sell and I'm sure some of you do as well. We're talking about silent auctions and raffle tickets Dyno pulls. We even have a few HIGH end Exotic that we're going to bring into the show room for you guys that want to see other cars $1,000,000 cars stay tunes working out the details to make this a really good Charity for our NE Supra Community.

A swap meet is an awesome idea except half of the stuff I have for sale I wont (engine parts that are just dirty) and cant fit in my Supra. Maybe start a thread closer to the meet and have everyone list their parts for sale and based on that people know what to bring to the meet. I am sure everyone has a TON of parts for sale if they started doing upgrades and we can't possibily fit it all.
