On my stock return line, I cut off the stock fitting and used a 5/16" tube nut to 6 AN conversion fitting. Not this exact fitting, but a similar one I bought at a local hydraulics shop:
Earls AT165056ERL Earls -6 AN Male to 5/16" Tubing Adapter
I had no idea these existed! I'm still going to run a new line. Idk why I bought -6an for a feed with 2 walbro 450s. I'm gonna use the -6 as a return and run -8 for a feed.
I'll definitely be running one of those fittings on my hanger return line. I'm trying to replace all rubber lines on the car with braided AN lines.
Now I just gotta figure out what to do about the breather line. I think it usually goes to the charcoal canister, which my car did not have when I bought it. Can I just cap that off?
