Lol, when you buy the wipers, it should've came with some hardware.
Or, re-use the hardware off your old wipers.
All wipers I ever bought comes with clip in, screw in, hook in, whatever hardware to make it work.
I'll be installing them whenever I receive them. But ya unfortunately it's 2 weeks away.
One other brake pad company I'd look into that I've tried is Carbotech.
I ran that on my RSX for Time Attack/Racing last year. Excellent pads. Comes at a higher price though.
I ran the XP8 pads all...
I don't know if they make it for your Supra, but I bought some Stoptech pads for my MKIII.
Still a couple weeks before I get them though.
From what I've seen/heard/read in RSX forums, they are apparently better all-around than Hawk HP+ or Axxis Ultimates.
They supposedly have:
The shaking is 100% coming from the rear.
It definitely happens during acceleration, not sure about racing. If I back off the throttle at those speeds, it still does it. I've also tried touching the brake, I don't remember there being a change other than that driving at slower speeds reduces...
There is a little springy switch thing on the brakes.
The rotors should have a hole in the hat with a rubber cap. If you turn it so the hole is in the bottom, that's where the springy switch is.
Depending on which side of the car you're doing it do, that's how you adjust the distance between...
You mean half-shaft?
I'll give it a look-over. Like I said I'm getting a clicking noise when I go on/off gas.
Only things that can make the noise is something to do with the differential or half-shaft and I think both could cause vibration at speed.
If I drive over 70mph, my car starts to shake.
At first I thought the vibration was strictly from the driveshaft as I had a worn center bearing. I replaced it with a 1 piece driveshaft and I still have the same vibration.
The whole car shakes but I don't get much vibration through the...
I'm getting a clicking noise sometimes when I on/off gas or clutch-in.
You can rule the center bearing out because I just replaced my driveshaft with a 1 piece steel one.
I'm also getting vibrations at 70mph+ and it feels like it's coming from the rear-end.
Generally I'm not one to support knockoff companies but I am seriously on a budget with my Supra as it's my "for fun" car.
What other cheap differential options do I have other than OBX?
How is it to rebuild one? Maybe I should just look for a lower-mileage stock one to replace mine with?
Does this look any different from the one tested? I know OBX has a habit of releasing a product for a car...
