Hey guys, does anyone know what the dimensions (length, width, height, etc.) are for the left side quarter panel? I can get the length and width, but I don't really know the height (at least without cutting the quarter panel off to measure it). So if anyone knows, please let me know! Thanks!

What is this? It is located directly behind the motor mount of the driver's side on a 1987 MK3 Turbo. It looks like it's maybe a vibration dampener or something? It's not attached correctly on the top and I'm wondering how I should secure it.
