1/4 mile time?

Hey guys, i just wanted to know if any of you might know what a stock 87 non turbo supra would run on the track. the only work i have done is a port and pollish job on my head, a 30 thoudandths of an inch bore and i reangle my valves. i have not been to the track yet but i kinda want to know what to expect when i get there. so if you can help me out i would appreciate it.

ummm...I would quess between a 11.0-12.0 sec

That's too good to expect. I'd say low13's best.

Low 13's?? I say no way. I don't really know much about '87 non-turbo's but if I had to guess I'd say high 15's at best, more likely 16's.

i was at englishtown all day yesterday, opening day. i was sorry to see that my best time was 17.65 out of 3 runs, i dunno, maybe it wasn't my day, but i did think i would have done better.

i'm at work but when i get home, i'll re-post and scan my time slips.

forgot, i registered under class 2, then went to class 1, thats how slow my shit was running yesterday.

i had the heads resurfaced back in dec., besides that i got a cai, and exhaust, thats about it. the kid was asking about a stock 87 n/a, and mines is pretty much stock. ranger were you there saturday?

here are my time slips from saturday. i'm car #702, first car i went up against was a 2001 bmw 330, then an older crx, and the last one was an '89 rx7.

My 87 T with a DP,HKS exhaust,Intake and a FCD ran a 13.97 with Yokohama A008R's.

MKIII's have to have a FCD? Over what boost level?

We hit boost cut anywhere from 14-16 PSI on stock turbos

but as for a11-12 seconds.. HA that REALLY good times for turbo 11 second cars are like 500 HP cars 12 are like 450 ish

A stock na should see around 15.6-16's

thats if its in PERFECT running order...

My 87T pulls a 14.4 @ 100 MPH Could get better times with better tires.. had bauld non drag tires just street tires I MEAN BAULD looks like slicks.. LOL
