Car looks good with the Meisters. They´ll always be one of my favourite wheels. Good choice! Would love to see this car in person one day.

Update (2/2)

so heres the real update actually:

Big Brake Kit! Stoptech ST-60 6 Piston setup w/ 355mm 2 piece rotors. lovely.

size comparison to OEM NA front rotors to the Stoptech 14"

easy install

all mounted up. they JUST clear my wheels, but i confirmed this beforehand with the downloadable template from Stoptech.

so far they have been nothing short of amazing and i can't wait to add the 4 piston 14" rear setup to compliment the front.

wow it’s been over a year since I’ve updated this post. Grannas T56 has been in for quite awhile, installed in conjunction with an OS Giken TR2CD clutch, Tilton master cylinder and Tilton hydraulic release bearing. The entire install was painless and it was cake to set up the Dakota digital box to get the oem speedo working properly.

Shifts are amazingly short and the shift action is tight with narrow gates. It takes to high rpm shifting very well (my redline is 8300-8500ish and it can surely be shifted hard and quick. It’s been months since everything has been installed and despite that i haven’t turned the wick up on the car yet. It’s on e85 flex already on the aem v2 but I haven’t gone above 14psi street tuning it from traction issues, plus the top of 3rd gear is about 105mph anyway.

Simply put I guess I’ve been short on updates because I’ve just been out driving and enjoying it so much. So far this year I’ve put about 15k miles on it! Before this trans I’d barely touch 5k miles the entire year.

more to come soon....

thank you Mr. Ree. I may actually finally dyno tune it before the end of the year. It would be interesting what she’d do with the setup maximized.

little update. forced induction is in the works, yes. but lately, all ive had time to install are some HKS hipermax coilovers.

Really nice build sir!

Might be a long shot but could you tell me what spring rates you have on your coilovers, front and rear?

switched out the OG HKS Super Mega Flow to a much larger K&N. I liked the HKS filter as it was compact, and well, HKS, but it was a little tedious to have to replace the hard to find filter elements every 6 months or so. Also reworked and shortened the intake pipe and put a minor, about 5 degree angle in it to position the new filter just right. I could have slapped it on with just the straight 4” pipe but that’s not me....

I also added an APR radiator cooling plate. Got it used, fit okay but with some trimming and slight dremeling to some holes it fit perfect.
