Can anyone tell me the size of a 1990 NA's HG?
and
Just to make sure I'm correct, what size are the fuel injectors? 380cc?

I've been under the impression the injectors where 315cc for 89+ (295cc for pre89).

I can't remember the size of the OEM HG once torqued... sorry.

Hmm...well I went to the FAQ and it said something bout the 89+'s being high output or soemthing and being 380's.
Hopefully someone can help us out

I spoke to Jeff Lange, he's going to check on the injectors tomorrow. I'm pretty sure the stock HG is 1.2mm when torqued.

Stock head gasket thickness:

1.37mm compressed

Here are the specs from the TSRM for "acceptable" flow rates, they are going to be a bit lower and a bit higher than the rated flow rates, you'll get a good idea from the 7M-GTE listing.

pre-89 N/A:
260 - 320 cc/min

89+ N/A:
276 - 340 cc/min

Turbo:
404 - 456 cc/min

Hope that helps. The pre-89 and 89+ N/A injectors seem pretty close actually.

It's not a good idea to just presume your injectors are flowing to the upper level of specs... presume they're flowing the minimum unless you get them tested and mapped out.
