Any accidents, repainting, or mechanical issues? Was the car serviced at Audi thru out its life or serviced by private mechanic?

Sunshine,
The car has never been involved in an accident, it has never had paint work. It has been serviced at our local Porsche Audi BMW dealership, were it was originally purchased. The car has never had any mechanical issues, its been well maintained.
